We’re working with a leading Fit Out Contractor specialising in high-end commercial refurbishments across the UK — and we’re looking for a talented QS to join our dynamic team.

🔧 About the Role

You’ll be supporting the commercial team across multiple live projects, ensuring smooth financial management from procurement through to final account. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced contractor known for delivering exceptional interior projects across the commercial, workplace, and retail sectors.

💡 Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, tenders, and budgets

*

Support procurement and subcontractor management

*

Measure and value work done on site

*

Prepare interim applications for payment and final accounts

*

Ensure accurate project cost reporting and forecasting

*

Work closely with the Project and Site teams to ensure commercial success

👷 About You

*

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar

*

2–4 years’ experience in a commercial, fit out, or refurbishment environment

*

Strong numerical and analytical skills

*

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

*

Keen eye for detail and proactive attitude
