Project Manager – Super-Prime Fit-Out | London/Oxford (Allison Institute)

I’m representing a leading specialist fit-out contractor seeking a Project Manager for a flagship scientific development in Oxford – part of the Allison Institute, a world-class cancer research facility funded by Larry Ellison (Oracle).

The business is delivering a luxury restaurant fit-out within the wider campus – a multi million pound package inside a development valued in the billions. Expect quality levels comparable to super-prime hospitality or landmark commercial projects.

The Role

You’ll lead the delivery of the restaurant fit out, managing a highly detailed architect and design team while coordinating closely with Tier 1 main contractor Laing O’Rourke.

This role suits someone used to navigating complex contractor processes, maintaining exceptional quality standards, and managing design-led, detail-heavy environments.

A joinery background isn’t required, but proven experience delivering intricate, high-end interiors is essential.
