Our boutique PQS consultancy client is already focused on their recruitment drive for Project Management professionals for Q2 next year. Still a fledgling business, based in London’s West End, but already bolstered by a handpicked cohort of delivery & cost experts. With a flat team structure, they’ve quickly gained traction in the Landlord & Tenant sector – particularly within commercial office refurbishments alongside managing institutional developers and HNW individuals on bespoke residential projects.

Embracing a mantra of being exceptional in their client & delivery management, they’re seeking high achieving consultancy orientated individuals that can consistently inspire & influence and develop business alongside realizing their clients’ dreams with confidence.

Underpinning your candidacy, you will need a steadfast professional accreditation (MRICS / MAPM) and a complimenting construction or surveying degree but above all, you’ll need relevant JCT D&B project experiences. Even more specifically, you’ll need a minimum of 5 years’ post-graduation UK construction consultancy as a Project Manager and an individual track record of having managed projects through all RIBA stages, autonomously….and successfully.

Salary packages are wholly negotiable. Guide to c£80-85k basic + bens. (dependent on skills & experience)
