Contracts Manager Housing

Site Angels are partnering with an award-winning national housebuilder to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple volume housing developments across Fife.

This is a key leadership role within a business recognised for its quality, stability, and strong pipeline of future sites.

The Role:
As Contracts Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for several live housing projects, ensuring each development is delivered safely, on time, and to the company’s exacting standards. You’ll provide hands-on support to your Site Managers, maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, and work closely with the Construction and Commercial Directors to drive performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee multiple live housing developments (timber kit & traditional build)
✅ Manage and mentor Site Management teams
✅ Ensure programme, quality, and H&S compliance
✅ Liaise closely with technical, commercial, and customer care teams
✅ Drive build efficiency and maintain the company’s exceptional reputation

About You:
✔ Experienced Contracts or Senior Site Manager within volume private housebuilding
✔ Proven track record delivering multi-site programmes to high quality standards
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✔ SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid qualified
✔ Ambitious, motivated, and quality-driven
