Commissioning Manager – Central London 

We’re seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to join a landmark mixed-use development in the heart of Central London. This high-profile project will deliver new state-of-the-art public and commercial facilities, combining modern engineering excellence with respect for heritage architecture.
The Project: A major £100mil + M&E package forming part of a wider city development that includes:

A flagship legal and policing facility
Grade A commercial offices
A refurbished listed buildingThe project is now in preconstruction, with full MEP installation commencing in early 2025 and completion expected in 2026. The team will utilise advanced off-site fabrication and digital construction methods to maximise build efficiency.
The Role: As Commissioning Manager, you will oversee the commissioning process for complex MEP systems, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. You’ll coordinate with design, construction, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery across all building systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the commissioning strategy, planning, and documentation
Oversee commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems
Ensure systems are fully tested, validated, and handed over to the client
Work closely with design, construction, and project management teams
Liaise with stakeholders and ensure technical compliance across all disciplinesAbout You:

Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale commercial/data centre or public-sector projects
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
