Site Manager
Our client is seeking a confident, driven and organised individual to run a housing site in Slough.
The ideal candidate will also have past experience driving a forklift, or have a valid telehandler ticket.
Key Responsibilities:

Overall site management and delivery of the development.
*
Managing build programs and all daily site activities.
*
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
*
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all stages.
*
Quality control and customer satisfaction.
*
Reporting progress to senior management.
*
Coordinating NHBC inspections and handovers.
Requirements:
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid – telehandler ticket would also be preferred.
*
Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and UK building regulations.
*
Ability to lead and motivate a site team effectively.
*
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
*
Experience managing programmes with 50+ units preferred.
