Electrical Project Manager – Retail / Fit-Out | Travel
Base: London / Hertfordshire
Salary: Competitive + Company Car + Excellent Package

We are partnered with a well-established and growing building services contractor who are expanding their team with the hire of an experienced Electrical Project Manager. This is a key position within the business, responsible for leading electrical installation projects for major retail clients across the UK.

You’ll be based out of their Watford office, with regular travel to sites nationwide. Some overnight stays may be required depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver multiple electrical projects from planning through to completion

* Manage subcontractors, engineers, and night work teams

* Conduct site visits, surveys and progress reviews

* Ensure work is delivered on time, to spec, and within budget

* Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams

* Oversee quality, health & safety, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

* Strong background in electrical project management

* Retail sector experience is essential (fit-out, refurb, roll-out)

* Understanding of construction environments and fast-paced delivery

* Flexibility to support night teams when required (phone support)

* Ability to travel nationwide with occasional overnight stays

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
