Mechanical Project Manager – Decarbonisation Construction Project

Location: Birmingham (ideally within 1 hour commute)
Contract Length: 12 months
Rate: £400 per day – negotiable based on experience
Engagement Options: Ltd Company, Umbrella, or CIS – Outside IR35 (subject to determination)

We're seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in construction design and mechanical project engineering to join a forward-thinking team delivering a high-impact decarbonisation project in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a long-term programme focused on sustainability and innovation in the built environment.

🔍 Key Requirements:

Proven construction background
Strong design experience within construction
Ability to support Project Engineering
Ideally mechanically biased
SMSTS & First Aid certification preferred (but not essential)Why Apply?
