Electrical Project Manager

Shero Talent Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial electrical projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role, responsible for managing engineers, subcontractors, budgets, and schedules while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage multiple electrical projects from mobilisation through to handover.

* Plan, coordinate, and schedule resources, materials, and subcontractors effectively.

* Liaise with clients to deliver high-quality electrical solutions.

* Collaborate with leadership to maintain standards, improve processes, and achieve strategic objectives.

* Monitor budgets, project timelines, site safety, and quality compliance (BS 7671, CDM, Health & Safety).

* Prepare project documentation, including RAMS, progress reports, and handover packs.

* Drive continuous improvement across all projects.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical construction, including at least 2 years in project management or supervisory roles.

* Strong knowledge of UK electrical standards (BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations).

* Experience with CDM 2015 and Health & Safety regulations.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

* Confident managing budgets, resources, and teams.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

* Full UK driving licence.
