Design Coordinator

Design Coordinator – Residential Builder| Yorkshire

RG Setsquare are supporting a respected residential builder in Yorkshire with the appointment of a Design Coordinator to join their established team.

This role will be responsible for coordinating design information across multiple housing developments, working closely with external consultants, site teams, and internal departments to ensure technical accuracy and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate design information between consultants, internal teams, and site operations

Review drawings and layouts to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations

Support design approvals, planning conditions, and building control submissions

Prepare, amend, and issue drawings using AUTOCAD

Assist in resolving design and buildability issues during the construction phase

About You:

Previous experience working for a housebuilder or residential developer is essential

Strong understanding of residential design and construction processes

Proficient in AutoCAD and confident reviewing and issuing design information

Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative approach
