About the Company:

Our client is an ambitious main contractor driving £100 million turnover, with their Midlands division alone contributing £30 million. They’re expanding their project portfolio in Nottingham, Leicester, Cambridge, and Manchester, and need a Senior QS to partner closely with the Commercial Manager on exciting live projects.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead financial management of multiple projects

* Collaborate with Surveyors and Senior Project Managers

* Prepare valuations of works, cash flow forecasts, and cost variation reports (CVRs)

* Monitor and manage material orders and invoice processing

What You’ll Bring:

* Proven Senior Quantity Surveyor experience within main contracting or specialist sectors

* Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
