Your new role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Finishing Foreperson to lead the final stages of construction on a new build housing development in Macclesfield, comprising 11 homes. This freelance role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in residential finishing and snagging.

Oversee and coordinate all finishing and snagging works across the site.
Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality control.
Manage subcontractors and finishing trades to meet deadlines.
Conduct inspections and resolve any outstanding issues.
Maintain site safety and cleanliness during finishing stages.
Communicate progress and updates to the site manager and client team.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a similar role on residential new build projects.
Strong knowledge of finishing trades and snagging processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple units.
CSCS card and relevant site qualifications.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
