Sub Agent
We are representing a reputable civil engineering and groundworks contractor who are seeking a skilled Sub-Agent to join their expanding team in Aberdeen. This role offers the chance to play a key part in delivering high-profile infrastructure and land development schemes across the North of Scotland.
Working as a pivotal link between site teams and senior management, you will support the successful delivery of complex earthworks, ground improvement, and civil engineering projects.
As the sub-agent your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering site operations
* Support the Site Agent and Project Manager in day-to-day project control
* Ensure works are carried out in line with programme, quality, and H&S standards
* Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
* Prepare and review RAMS and site documentation
* Monitor progress, maintain records, and support reporting activities
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
* Previous experience in a Sub-Agent or Senior Engineer role within civil engineering
* Strong background in earthworks, groundworks, or land development projects
* Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Solid knowledge of site management processes and H&S regulations
* Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence and based within commutable distance to Aberdeen
