The Role
As a Fit Out Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of high-end commercial fit-out schemes from pre-construction to handover. You’ll manage programmes, budgets, and teams to ensure every project runs smoothly — on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership while developing your own leadership profile in a collaborative, forward-thinking business.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day site delivery of commercial fit-out projects
Manage programmes, subcontractors, design coordination, and resourcing
Ensure quality, safety, and technical standards are consistently achieved
Identify and resolve issues early to maintain progress and performance
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams
Maintain commercial oversight including budgets, variations, and reporting
Mentor junior staff and support a positive, solutions-focused team cultureAbout You
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-out or refurbishment
3+ years’ experience with a main contractor
Strong technical knowledge of construction, sequencing, and delivery
Confident client-facing communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
Commercially astute with cost control and reporting experience
SMSTS (or equivalent) certification essential
Degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Organised, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
