Quantity Surveyor

An expanding, chartered construction consultancy is seeking an articulate Quantity Surveyor with a keen eye for detail, to join their London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Working closely with a Director, the successful Quantity Surveyor will carry out a monitoring surveyor role across an array of project sectors including residential, hotels, commercial, industrial, and care homes/healthcare.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a RICS accredited degree
3+ years Quantity Surveying or Monitoring Surveying experience
MRICS or working towards
Driving licence and car
Pre and post contract knowledge
Strong communication skillsIn Return?

£50,000 – £60,000
Travel expenses (45p a mile)
