Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a growing consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused cost management services across a variety of sectors.

With continued project wins and long-term client relationships, they’re now looking to bring in an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Midlands team.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team working on a portfolio of projects across the region, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use schemes. The role offers genuine progression opportunities as the business continues to expand its footprint across the Midlands.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing projects from feasibility through to final account
Preparing cost plans, tender documents, and contract administration
Working closely with clients and design teams to deliver commercially sound advice
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team (for senior applicants) What we’re looking for:

Must have experience working within a consultancy
Strong technical knowledge and confidence in managing multiple projects
MRICS qualification (or working towards)
A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills What’s on offer:
