Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a high-profile data centre project based in Finland. This is a long-term contract role running until July 2027, offering the chance to work on one of the most technically advanced infrastructure builds in Europe.

Key Requirements

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on data centre or mission-critical projects

* Strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) or Civil Engineering

* Ability to manage cost planning, procurement, and contract administration

* Familiarity with international construction standards and practices

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Willingness to be based in Finland for the duration of the contract

Responsibilities

* Oversee cost control and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle

* Prepare and review tender documentation and contracts

* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure budget compliance

* Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to senior management

Qualifications

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management OR Commercial Management
