Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Company Vehicle

About the Role:
The client is a leading specialist in architectural metalwork, and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of metalwork projects across London and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations for architectural metalwork installations.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

*

Supervise site teams and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

*

Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

*

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

*

Liaise with suppliers and ensure materials are delivered on schedule.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing architectural metalwork or structural steel projects.

*

Strong understanding of construction processes and on-site coordination.

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*

CSCS card and SMSTS (or equivalent) required.

*

Full UK driving licence.
