Site Manager

We are currently seeking two experienced Site Managers to join a reputable main contractor on exciting projects based in Oxford.

The Projects:

Technology Park Development: Managing the construction of the final 6 units within a large-scale technology park.

*

Office Building Refurbishment: Overseeing a major refurbishment and fit-out of a high-profile office building.

Both positions offer a solid 12+ month duration with the potential for extension. You will be working directly for the main contractor, taking responsibility for day-to-day site management, subcontractor coordination, health & safety compliance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects.

*

Strong organisational and communication skills.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent).

*

Ability to lead site operations and manage subcontractors effectively.
