UK-Wide Projects | Market-Leading Consultancy | Complex, High-Value Work

Are you an experienced Fire Surveyor looking to broaden your technical exposure and work across a diverse range of high-profile projects? This established and forward-thinking consultancy is seeking a skilled professional to join their growing team and play a key role in assessing and improving fire safety within some of the UK's most notable developments.

As a Fire Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for evaluating both active and passive fire protection systems within complex buildings, benchmarking installations against test data, manufacturers' specifications, and certification requirements to ensure full compliance. You'll work alongside a respected team of Fire Surveyors and Engineers, contributing to technically challenging projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, and large-scale residential.

The position suits a Fire Surveyor who is confident liaising with clients and enforcing authorities, can manage small to medium projects independently, and takes pride in delivering robust technical guidance.

You'll also support and develop fee proposals, project scopes, and technical reports, working within established quality management systems and contributing to the continuous development of internal standards and processes. As a senior Fire Surveyor, you'll act as a mentor to junior team members and help drive technical excellence across the business.

Strong understanding of fire safety design principles, codes, and standards.

Excellent technical report writing and communication skills.
Confident in client-facing situations and experienced in managing multiple concurrent projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Fire Surveyor to join a company that values technical depth, professional growth, and collaborative working.
