Role Purpose To ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and successfully — enhancing customer relationships, supporting project teams, and achieving key business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of construction and civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Manage and motivate project teams to achieve programme, cost, and quality targets.
Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Oversee compliance with all health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and performance forecasts.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities to maximise project success. Essential Requirements
Proven experience managing the delivery of construction or civil engineering projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, support, and develop teams.
Demonstrable experience in managing health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills. Desirable Attributes
Experience with risk and opportunity management.
Commercial awareness and experience working with contract performance forecasts.
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, TWC, or Lift Appointed Person)
