About the Role
Reporting directly to the Founder and working closely with the Head of Claims, the Head of Surveying will ensure that customers receive a professional, transparent service and that insurers are fully advised on all building and repair matters.
You will be instrumental in building and leading the surveying function, taking ownership of all technical and operational aspects while helping drive the business forward. Initially hands-on, the role offers clear progression to build a team and department — with a pathway to directorship and equity for the right person.
Key Responsibilities

Meeting customers and managing relationships with empathy and professionalism

Conducting accurate and timely surveys

Preparing detailed schedules of work and costings

Managing pricing, cost, and value for projects

Procuring and managing subcontractors where applicable

Overseeing contractor performance and project delivery

Ensuring exceptional aftercare and customer satisfaction
