The Role
The Project Manager will take responsibility for leading the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. The position requires a strong leader capable of managing site teams, programmes, budgets, and client relationships while maintaining exceptional construction standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
*
Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
*
Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and financial control.
*
Monitor health, safety, and environmental standards in line with company policy.
*
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and specifications.
*
Report on project progress, risks, and key performance indicators to senior management.
Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Project Manager within main contracting or high-end residential development.

Strong technical and commercial knowledge with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver complex projects under pressure.

Willingness to relocate to the Channel Islands, with support provided for relocation.
