Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out & Refurbishment

London | Full-time | £60,000 – £70,000 per annum

We are working with a leading fit-out and refurbishment specialist in London who is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting across high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects

* Prepare and review tender documentation, bills of quantities, and contract variations

* Lead subcontractor procurement, cost analysis, and contract negotiation

* Monitor project costs, conduct valuations, and manage interim and final accounts

* Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure commercial targets are achieved

Ideal Candidate:

* 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor

* Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out project delivery and cost control

* Proficient in estimating software and advanced Excel

* Commercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation skills

* Able to manage multiple fast-paced projects and tight deadlines
