My client is a main contractor who are seeking to recruit a Freelance Project Manager for a project which is set to commence middle/end January 2026.

The Project

£13m Multi Unit Commercial Scheme in Eaton Socon Cambs, comprising of new build steel frrame, external works, car parking, landscaping etc.

Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager you will be No1 on project reporting into a visiting contracts manager.

The Project Manager will lead and manage all phases of the project at hand, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and delivery.

* Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and internal teams.

* Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

* Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and financial forecasts.

* Manage risk, control costs, and enforce quality assurance processes.

* Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings.

* Drive performance and accountability across project teams.
