Salary: €65,000-€75,000 (DOE) + benefits
Reports to: Senior Site Installation Manager
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Site Installation Manager (Site Engineer/Manager) to lead the technical delivery of site installation projects across Dublin. You'll coordinate setting out and site engineering activities, manage installation teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, to spec, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site installation activities and assume responsibility for site technical/engineering requirements.
Ensure installation works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and QA standards.
Represent the company at client/main-contractor site meetings; maintain clear communication and reporting.
Manage, mentor, and develop site installation team members; set standards and drive performance.
Champion Health, Safety & Environmental compliance in line with site-specific and legislative requirements.
Conduct site surveys and setting out; verify dimensions and tolerances.
Plan labour, materials, and sequencing in collaboration with Commercial & Technical teams; optimise resources.
Monitor progress, risks, and changes; escalate and resolve issues promptly.
Drive Lean/continuous improvement to achieve best value across installation activities.
Track and present KPIs (safety, quality, schedule, cost).
Maintain and improve processes, systems, and controls; uphold ISO 9001 and EN 1090 compliance.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, with a strong client focus.Skills & Experience
Relevant third-level qualification (e.g., Construction/Civil/Mechanical/Building Services) with 5+ years' on-site experience.
Strong technical knowledge of large-scale site installations, methods, and sequencing.
Proven team leadership with the ability to motivate, influence, and manage in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills; calm under pressure and deadline-driven.
Confident communicator and stakeholder manager with solid commercial awareness.
Proficient with site documentation, setting out practices, and QA/HSE procedures.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / EN 1090 requirements is an advantage.What's on Offer
