MEP Supervisor – Data Centre – Germany

Are you an experienced MEP professional with a background in large-scale technical or mission-critical projects? We’re seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor to join a leading international construction delivery team specialising in advanced Data Centre Developments across Europe.
The Role
As MEP Supervisor, you will play a key role in the on-site management and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within high-specification data centre projects. You’ll ensure that installation works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate MEP subcontractors to ensure timely and quality installation.

Monitor progress, performance, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on MEP installations.
*
Support the commissioning and handover processes, ensuring systems meet operational requirements.
*
Liaise with project management, design, and client teams to resolve technical issues.
*
Contribute to maintaining a strong safety culture on site.
About You
*
Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role within data centre, industrial, or large commercial projects.
*
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems installation, testing, and commissioning.
*
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
*
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
