You’ll play a pivotal role in driving project schedules, coordinating trades and ensuring resources are optimised across mechanical and electrical projects.

This forward-thinking M&E contractor are trusted by major Tier 1 developers and expanding their team with ambitious professionals like you and an M&E Planner. You’ll enjoy constant recognition as a key contributor to project success and the overall development of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules for mechanical and electrical works across high-end residential developments.

* Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure seamless delivery and resource allocation.

* Monitor progress against plans, identify potential delays and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

* Support the smooth handover of projects by ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with programme requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Proven experience as an M&E Planner or in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally with high-end residential or commercial projects.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or similar planning software.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across multiple teams.
