Commercial Manager – Leeds – Civil Engineering – c£90k + Benefits

If so, my client has a current requirement for a Commercial Managers with the aim of progressing that role to a Regional Commercial Managers position within a relatively short space of time.

This is an exciting, forward thinking company who are prevalent in multiple areas of civil engineering, acting as both a main contractor and subcontractor. They work across Power, Infrastructure and Groundworks as well as Earthworks, Remediation and Plant.

The company has a current commercial team of 6 Quantity Surveyors of varying levels of experience and has a turnover of roughly £30m. The role is to join the Leeds based business to help support the commercial team with development and training and ensure that processes and procedures are being followed as well as directs paths of career development being set for each member of the team.

You will also start managing client relations and as the planned changes occur within the business, the role will develop into a Regional Commercial Managers role with a whole host of exciting opportunities becoming available after that.

The company is offering a salary in the region of £90k (dependent upon experience) as well as a company car/car allowance, guaranteed bonus, private healthcare and 24 days holiday. They would like someone to be in the office working closely with the commercial team as much as possible but flexible and hybrid working is also available.
