Facade Designer

Job Title: Glazing Designer

Location: [Hybrid / Office-based – location in South East London

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per annum

Our Client: Our client is an established façade and glazing specialist delivering high-quality projects across the UK. They are looking for a talented Glazing Designer to join their team, contributing to innovative façade and glazing solutions on a range of commercial and residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed glazing and façade designs, drawings, and specifications.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

Review and interpret project requirements, technical drawings, and building regulations.

*

Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, schedules, and reports.

*

Support the design team in coordinating project delivery and resolving technical issues.

*

Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Essential Experience & Skills:

Proven experience as a Glazing Designer in façade or curtain wall projects.

*

Strong technical knowledge of glazing systems, profiles, and installation methods.

*

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).

*

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

*

Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
