Job Title: Façade Estimator

Location: London

Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 per annum

Our Client: Our client is a leading façade and cladding specialist delivering high-quality projects across commercial and residential sectors. They are seeking an experienced Façade Estimator to join their Manchester team and support the growth of their project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for façade and cladding projects, including materials, labour, and subcontractor pricing.

*

Analyse project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to produce detailed tender submissions.

*

Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

*

Maintain and update cost databases, rates, and pricing models.

*

Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities during the estimating process.

*

Support post-tender activities, including value engineering and clarification responses.

Essential Experience & Skills:

*

Proven experience as a Façade Estimator or in façade/cladding project estimating.

*

Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction methods.

*

Excellent numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.

*

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.

*

Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

*

Ability to work under pressure to meet tight tender deadlines.
