Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Façades

Location: London

Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 per annum

Our Client: Our client is a leading façade and cladding specialist delivering high-value commercial and residential projects across London and the UK. They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team, managing costs and ensuring successful project delivery on complex façade schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for façade projects.

*

Monitor project costs, track financial performance, and manage variations.

*

Produce interim valuations, progress reports, and financial reconciliations.

*

Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and contractors to resolve commercial and contractual matters.

*

Conduct risk assessments, cost analysis, and value engineering exercises.

*

Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and industry regulations.

Essential Experience & Skills:

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on façade, cladding, or building envelope projects.

*

Strong knowledge of measurement, cost planning, and commercial management.

*

Experience with contracts, procurement, and tendering processes.

*

Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

*

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating software, and cost management tools.
