The Role: They are looking for a self-motivated conscientious and eloquent Building Surveyor to join them and play a formative role in continuing their successful delivery of project & technical consultancy.

Ideally, you will have Building Surveying/Project Management experience in the UK across the full skillset including:

Employer's Agent/Contract Administrator

*

Project delivery

*

Project monitoring

Full range of building consultancy services including Technical Due Diligence, Condition Surveys, Defects Analysis, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Party Walls & Neighbourly Matters and Dilapidations.

Project values range between £500k – £20M.

Job Location: Central London

Head Count: 3+

Current Projects: Offices, Retail & High end Residential

Requirements for the Building Surveyor:

*

Chartered or ambition to become qualified (MRICS)

*

Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline

*

2+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)

*

JCT Contract Administration

*

Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)

*

Excellent core building surveying and project management skills

*

Switched on attitude with a positive work ethic
