Premises officer

Are you a hands-on, proactive individual with a passion for creating safe and welcoming environments for children to learn and thrive? We're looking for a dedicated Premises Officer to join our friendly and supportive primary school team!

🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the school site is safe, clean, and well-maintained
* Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance
* Oversee site security and manage access to the premises
* Support with health and safety compliance and record keeping
* Liaise with contractors and suppliers
* Assist with setting up for school events and activities

What We're Looking For
* Experience in a similar role or facilities management
* Practical skills in maintenance, DIY, and basic repairs
* Good understanding of health and safety regulations
* Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
* A positive attitude and commitment to supporting children's education

NEEDS TO HAVE A DRIVERS LICENCE AND BE WILLING TO DRIVE A MINI-BUS
