About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-end residential projects across London. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and programme delivery on bespoke builds and refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site activities from start to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.

*

Maintain strict health & safety compliance and ensure all works are carried out in line with company procedures.

*

Liaise with clients, architects, and the project management team to ensure smooth communication and delivery.

*

Monitor progress, produce reports, and drive site productivity and quality.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent) in Construction Management – essential.

*

SMSTS certification – essential.

*

Proven experience managing high-end residential or luxury refurbishment projects in London.

*

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

*

A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and quality finishes.

Package:

*

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
