MEP Manager (Fit-Out)
We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to join a leading high-end fit out contractor, delivering a flagship hospitality scheme in the heart of the City of London. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and technically strong MEP professional to play a key role in the successful delivery of a fast-paced and design-led fit out project.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) works on site, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and interior fit out packages.

Manage and liaise with specialist subcontractors, ensuring all works are delivered to the required quality, programme and cost parameters.
*
Review design information, identify potential issues, and assist in developing practical, value-driven solutions.
*
Monitor progress, attend coordination meetings, and provide regular reports to the Project Manager.
*
Ensure all MEP works comply with relevant standards, building regulations, and site safety requirements.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing MEP delivery on fit out projects, ideally within high-end commercial, hotel or hospitality environments.
*
Strong technical understanding across both mechanical and electrical packages.
*
Ability to drive coordination and problem-solving in a live, detail-focused project environment.
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*
Available to commit to a 6 month contract, with immediate or short notice start preferred.
