Location: North West London (Ladbroke Grove & nearby)
Start: ASAP Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £42k+
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Temp pay rate: £24.72 UMBRELLA

The Role

Lead and support mobile operatives delivering responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied and void social housing stock. carry out quality checks, and ensure safe, compliant, tenant-focused delivery-on multi-trade works.

The role covers a specific patch in North West London so no nasty surprises travelling all across London – know exactly your area of work!

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate operatives across North West London

Plan/assign workloads via PDA; track progress and report

Quality inspections; ensure H&S and compliance standards

Technical guidance: carpentry/joinery, tiling, fencing, minor plumbing

First point of escalation for tenants and operatives

Requirements

Trade background in carpentry/joinery with multi-trade experience

Supervisory/team-lead experience in repairs/maintenance

Social housing background preferred

Strong communication, organisation, and IT/PDA skills

Full UK Driving Licence & clear DBS

Package

Company van, fuel card & uniform provided

Stable, long-term contract in a respected housing contract
