A well-established roofing specialist in Exeter is seeking an Estimator or QS with estimating experience to join their expanding commercial team. They deliver a mix of pitched roofing, flat roofing and bespoke metalwork projects across the South West – values typically £10k-£1.2m.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Produce tenders, estimates and cost plans

Analyse drawings, specifications and site info for accurate measurement

Prepare supplier enquiries and negotiate competitive pricing

Assist with valuations, variations and cost control during delivery

Work collaboratively with project and senior management teams

Maintain organised pricing records and tender documentation

👌 Ideal Candidate

Estimating or Quantity Surveying experience within construction

Roofing background beneficial but not essential

IT-literate, with strong attention to detail and numeracy

Positive attitude and willingness to develop within a small team

Full time office-based (with support available for structured progression)
