Role Summary
We are seeking a Project Engineer to join a growing our client’s ambitious team. This role involves the professional installation and commissioning of a wide range of electronic security systems across commercial and residential sites in and around London. Experience in fire alarm systems would be an advantage. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, regulation-compliant installations of integrated electronic security systems.
Work across multiple, long-term projects providing a varied and engaging workload.
Liaise daily with the Project Manager, providing clear progress updates.
Manage equipment and materials required for project delivery.
Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients and contractors.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Knowledge & Experience Required
Strong technical knowledge of security system principles and relevant British Standards.
Recognised qualifications such as NSI, LPCB, or City & Guilds.
Previous experience with CCTV and Access Control systems (experience with Entrotec or fire alarm systems is highly advantageous).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Previous experience within the construction, fire, or security systems industry.
Must have a clear criminal record and be able to pass CRB/DBS screening and industry vetting processes.
