Traffic Marshall / Labourer – Cambridge (CB4)

We are looking for a Traffic Marshall who is happy to carry out general labouring duties when required to join our team on a long-term project in Cambridge (CB4).
This is a mixed role, offering a great opportunity for someone reliable, proactive, and keen to be part of a hardworking site team.

Role Responsibilities

Managing and directing vehicle movements on and around the site.

Operating the wheel wash and ensuring vehicles are cleaned before leaving.

Assisting the team with general labouring duties as needed.

Maintaining site tidiness and ensuring a safe working environment.

Supporting the site team with day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket and CSCS

Previous construction or site experience essential.

Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as part of a team.

Full PPE and right to work in the UK.

📆 Start Date: 17th November

⏱️ Duration: Minimum 1 year

💰 Rates:

PAYE: £14.75 + £1.76 holiday pay

UMB: £19.00 per hour
