Job Title: Site Manager – Kitchens & Bathrooms (Social Housing)Location: West London

Company Overview:Our client is a leading social housing contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied and void properties. With a strong pipeline of kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Role Overview:As the Site Manager, you will take ownership of multiple kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within social housing properties. You’ll manage trades teams, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain strong relationships with tenants, the client, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations across kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works

Manage subcontractors and direct trades to ensure quality and productivity

Ensure all works comply with company standards, client specifications, and H&S regulations

Conduct regular site inspections and audits

Liaise with tenants, residents’ liaison officers (RLOs), and client representatives to ensure smooth delivery

Monitor progress, report updates, and manage programme schedules

Order materials and ensure efficient site logistics

Maintain accurate site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and daily records

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment (kitchens and bathrooms preferred)

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance

SMSTS or SSSTS certification

CSCS card (Site Manager level preferred)

First Aid certification (preferred)

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple trades and deliver high-quality projects in occupied properties
