Are you an experienced facilities manager? Are you technically qualified in an electrical or mechanical trade? I may have the challenge for you. My client are a large facilities company who over see a number of commercial contracts nationally. They are currently seeking a technically qualified facilities manager to join an existing team on a large industrial site near Oxford. This is a site based role working Monday to Friday.

Managing both sub-contractors and direct labour ensuring high levels of delivery within a KPI's of contract
Managing and over seeing budgets
Engaging with client and key stakeholders regarding any contract issues
Involved in audits and compliance ensuring log books are kept up to date
Over seeing all H&S on site including SOP's, RAMS ect
Holding an IOSH certificate you will also be able to demonstrate an awareness of CDM regulations
Working along side the contract managerThe ideal candidate will need:

Technically qualified either mechanical or electrical trade
Experience in a similar technical role
Experience working on CAFM systems
Knowledge of CDM Regs
