Join a highly reputable developer with over 30 years of success and a £200m annual turnover. They’re now seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team on a large RC frame residential development in East London.

You’ll be working across both site and office (Stratford-based), reporting to a Commercial Manager who’s passionate about mentoring and promoting QSs through the ranks.

The Role:

Assist in the preparation of cost plans, valuations, and variations

*

Support the management of subcontractor packages and payments

*

Measure and assess works on site, ensuring accurate reporting

*

Help maintain procurement schedules and tender documentation

*

Liaise with site teams and suppliers to ensure commercial control

*

Contribute to cost forecasting, budgeting, and project reporting

*

Gain exposure to finishing trades and internal packages

Ideal Candidate:

Experience on large RC frame residential schemes

*

Understanding of internal/finishing trades desirable

*

Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
