Senior Site Manager / Project Manager

We're working with a well-established developer on a high-rise residential scheme in London, now moving into the construction phase. We're looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join the delivery team as No.2 on site, reporting directly to the Project Director.

This is a position for someone who is strongest in the early and technically challenging stages of a build. The successful candidate will take ownership of site operations through groundworks, RC frame, externals and façade delivery, overseeing a dedicated site team and working closely with design, commercial and planning functions to drive programme and quality.

Key responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.
Leading subcontractors through groundworks, RC frame, externals and façade phases.
Supporting the Project Director in planning, programming and reporting.
Coordinating design information and managing technical interfaces.
Maintaining strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.About you:

Proven track record delivering major residential or mixed-use schemes in London.
Strong technical knowledge across RC frame, externals and façade.
Confident managing complex logistics and tight urban sites.
Collaborative, hands-on leader who can motivate and support their team.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.
Start: Jan 2026
Location: Central London
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 plus package
