Senior Architectural Technologist – Healthcare Sector

Location: North West England (Hybrid working)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We’re delighted to be supporting a leading, design-driven architectural practice recognised for creating contemporary, people-focused buildings across the UK. Following several exciting project awards within their healthcare team, this dynamic studio is now seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team.

The Role

You’ll take a leading role in the technical delivery and coordination of healthcare and other complex building projects. Working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors, you’ll help bring innovative architectural concepts to life while ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and buildability across all RIBA stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver technically robust, coordinated design packages.
Oversee projects from concept through to completion, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and consultants.
Manage Revit models and maintain high BIM standards.
Represent the practice confidently in meetings and presentations.

Key Requirements:

Minimum five years’ post-qualification experience.
Proven experience designing in accordance with statutory and technical requirements.
Experience within the healthcare sector preferred (but not essential).
Excellent Revit and AutoCAD proficiency.
Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in a client-facing role.
Proven project running experience and ability to manage delivery through all RIBA stages.
A strong technical portfolio demonstrating quality and precision.
