We’re working with a high-quality London developer known for delivering sustainable, design-led residential and mixed-use schemes across the capital. Based full-time in their Marylebone office, they are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their growing in-house design team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right person.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in the technical delivery of high-rise RC frame apartment schemes located in Willesden and Acton. Projects typically feature SFS wall construction and brick slip façades, and you’ll be working closely with the wider design and development team to ensure quality and precision at every stage.

Key Requirements

* Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)

* Solid experience in RC frame and SFS wall construction detailing

* Background in residential and/or mixed-use apartment schemes

* Excellent attention to detail with strong technical drawing and coordination skills

* Ability to work full-time from the Marylebone office within a collaborative, fast-paced environment
