Assistant Quantity Surveyor

EA Associates are partnering with a prestigious high-end fit-out contractor who specialise in delivering super-prime residential and luxury hospitality interiors. With an exceptional reputation for craftsmanship, detail and client service, they work alongside leading architects, interior designers and private clients to deliver luxury projects across London.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The role will involve:

Assisting with cost planning, measurement and valuations

*

Supporting the preparation of bills of quantities and tender documentation

*

Working closely with Project Managers and Senior QS to monitor project costs and variations

*

Assisting with subcontract procurement and managing subcontract accounts

*

Contributing to monthly commercial reporting and forecasting

*

Ensuring commercial compliance and supporting strong financial control across projects

We are looking for someone who:

*

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.

*

Two years experience with either a main contractor or sub-contractor.

*

Is commercially astute, proactive and keen to develop their skills

*

Has strong communication and organisational abilities

*

Enjoys working in a detail-driven, design-led environment
