As a Design Coordinator, you’ll support the Design Manager in developing, coordinating, and delivering detailed technical information for a luxury residential project featuring spa and leisure facilities. The role offers hands-on exposure to design management, coordination, and detailing across multiple packages including drylining, suspended ceilings, façades, and interior joinery.
Key Responsibilities:

Review design documentation and assist in coordinating detailed information across all trades.

Liaise with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design queries.
*
Prepare and issue RFIs, track responses, and maintain design records.
*
Coordinate design information for drylining, suspended ceilings, façades, and joinery packages.
*
Produce and update CAD drawings and assist with 3D coordination and detailing.
*
Work with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure design intent aligns with buildability and installation methods.

Support the Design Manager in preparing submittals, specifications, and technical reports.
*
Ensure all design work complies with Building Regulations and project-specific standards.
*
Attend design meetings, take minutes, and follow up on design actions.

Monitor and record design changes, assisting the commercial team in evaluating impacts.
Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience desirable but not essential.
*
Previous experience coordinating drylining, suspended ceilings, façades, or joinery packages.
*
Strong technical awareness and attention to detail.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*
Experience in high-end residential or commercial fit-out environments preferred
