Senior Architectural Technologist

My Architecture client who specialise in areas such as education, commercial, bluelight and industrial are looking for a Senior Technologist to join them.

They are looking for someone with 3+ years' post qualification experience. Based in their vibrant, modern studio in central Cardiff, you'll be part of a strong team dedicated to delivering ambitious and diverse projects.

You'll take a leading role in managing the full construction lifecycle, contributing to impactful projects across a variety of sectors. From managing personnel to applying your exceptional technical skills, this is a chance to lead with impact and innovation.

Requirements

MCIAT chartership (preferable but not essential).
3+ years' post qualification experience including leading projects.
Demonstrable software skills, particularly proficiency in the use of Revit and NBS Chorus.
Experience in delivering architectural projects under traditional and design & build procurement routes.
Experience of all RIBA Plan of Work stages from inception to traditional contract administration (desirable).
Experience and understanding of construction detailing, UK statutory building regulations and planning policy.
Outstanding communication skills and demonstrable presentation skills.
A collaborative team player with strong self-motivation, effective people management, delegation, and influencing skills.
Client focus & commercial awareness with experience of establishing and consolidating relationships to identify and realise business opportunities.
