This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing main contractor, where you'll work on a variety of interesting projects across Birmingham while progressing your career by managing more projects and clients.

Are you a Project Manager with experience working on commercial or educational projects and looking for a new opportunity? Do you want to join an established and well-respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work?

This specialist contractor supplies to a wide range of industries, including both the commercial and educational sectors. They work on a variety of projects ranging from complete new builds to full refurbishments for a diverse range of clients. Their strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients has driven their successful growth since inception. After recently securing one of their largest ever projects, they are now looking to expand their dynamic team with this excellent opportunity.

Within this role, you will take on a number of responsibilities based from both their office and sites in Birmingham. Your main responsibility will be to successfully manage and deliver projects safely, within budget, and on time. This will include creating project programmes, coordinating subcontractors and clients, and undertaking all necessary pre-planning activities. You will also monitor project progress, producing detailed reports on both financials and performance. Finally, you will oversee site work to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, health, and safety.

The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager experienced in running multi-million-pound projects within the commercial or educational sectors, and will be IT proficient, capable of producing detailed, high-quality reports for both clients and colleagues.

* SMSTS, First Aid, and Temporary Works qualified
